Spoke to a lady in the office twice - very helpful. Handles turned up 2 working days after order - great! Very nice handles at a fantastic price! Excellent packaging. Didn't know what to expect for the price but just as good as B&Q and other high St retailers but at a fraction of the price. Would highly recommend - already have done!!
